 we understand that there may be instances where a customer needs to return a product. We want to ensure that our return policy is fair and transparent for all parties involved. Please read the following return policy carefully to understand your options for returning a product.

To be eligible for a return, the hair extension or wig must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and with all tags and labels attached.

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the original purchase date.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair extension wigs that have been worn, altered, or damaged.

Customized or special-order products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Custom products cannot be returned for an exchange. However, if the issue is on our end, we can offer a store credit.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service via Email brands@beautywallstreet.com 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product.

We recommend that customers use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the return package.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange as requested by the customer.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges will be subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, store credit may be offered instead.

A restocking fee may be applied to returns at our discretion, especially for items that are not returned in their original condition or packaging.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If a hair extension wig is received in a defective or damaged condition, customers should contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.

Custom wigs are not eligible for refund. If there is an issue with your custom wig product, we will either fit it or offer a store credit.

We reserve the right to update or modify our return policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to customers via our website or other appropriate channels.
